Elite Enterprise features a Favorites bar that allows users to drag and drop frequently used applications for instant availability. No more navigating menus or searching program groups. Users simply set up favorites, including both Elite and non-Elite applications. This navigational framework offers immediate and measurable paybacks in terms of productivity gains - users can easily multi-task by toggling between applications.

Completely Flexible and Customizable

Elite Enterprise features a powerful forms designer that allows users to modify the functionality, nomenclature and appearance of applications. Forms can be created and customized based upon individual user needs. Full dragand- drop functionality lets users adjust the way a form appears by simply moving fields from one screen to the next. Users can also change field names and update terminology both on a screen-by-screen basis and globally throughout an application.

Seamless Application Integration

The Elite Enterprise platform is tightly integrated with Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Firms can easily develop VBA scripts that link and integrate their Elite applications with other programs or systems. For example, VBA drop-down functions can be created that allow users to quickly and easily email information from an Elite inquiry screen to another person. When the user right clicks on a grid and chooses the VBA drop-down function, it will automatically highlight all information in the grid, launch Microsoft Excel, paste the data into the Excel worksheet, and create a new message with an email attachment. Firms can also create VBA scripts that link timekeeper contact information to a third-party human resources application, so that data can be quickly and transparently shared between two different systems. After a timekeeper record is added or updated, the system will automatically launch a VBA script that links to the human resources program, extracts the relevant data, and populates the appropriate fields within the human resources system. These are just a few examples that illustrate how easy it is to share data between the Elite system, desktop applications and other applications used across the firm.
