Planning
ProLaw-trained consultants work with you to develop a clearly defined framework for installation, including scheduling, cost control strategies, testing and training options.
Implementation
Consultants work closely with you to ensure that implementation is completed on time and on budget. Thomson Elite understands that a client’s data is crucial to their business. During your transition to ProLaw, a dedicated data conversion team works in tandem with client project managers to map, proof and convert critical data so that all client data is migrated and converted successfully.
Training and Adoption
Flexible training options are available for everyone in your office, including attorneys, accountants, firm or office administrators, legal assistants and IT professionals. A wide variety of convenient instructor-led and online training program options are offered. Online programs include live and pre-recorded Web-based sessions or personalized training can be requested. For instructor-led training, ProLaw training staff members can travel to your office or on-site classroom training can be attended at selected Thomson Elite offices.
Ongoing Support
Highly trained and experienced support professionals are available via phone, email or over the Web. ProLaw customers can also access a client portal at www.prolawportal.com that delivers immediate, online access to software updates, product support, on-line knowledge base, documentation, education courses and technical notes. Other resources include user groups, an annual user conference and a web-based Client Forum where ProLaw users share information using a forum format. Messages can be posted about a variety of ProLaw topics and are grouped for easy reference so that users can share knowledge and stay apprised of the latest news and updates about their ProLaw solution.
Dedicated Team Approach
To ensure consistency and continuity of support for clients throughout their use of ProLaw solutions, an experienced Client Services team is assigned to each client. When ProLaw clients contact Thomson Elite for support, a qualified member of their Client Services team will be reached, as opposed to an anonymous, generic help desk.
