Profitability Analysis Report
From this one easy-to-read management report, business planning can be improved and opportunities for greater profits can be recognized. Smart Queue
Smart Queue is a "smart" control program used for the execution and monitoring of reports and other process in batches or queues. By setting up various queues, it will execute those processes in the order specified, monitor their progress and send status notifications via email. Smart Queue was designed to execute standard Elite "stored" reports, custom stored reports, scripts, cost interfaces and system backups.
Financial Income Reporter for Excel
Many law firms use Microsoft® Office Excel to help analyze the financial performance of the firm and to forecast future business potential. Much of the data a firm requires is captured in the Elite Financial Management system and/or in a data warehouse. However, the process of getting the exact data loaded from Elite into Excel is often a manual, time-consuming and costly process. The Technical Services Group has automated this process with the Financial Income Reporter (FIR) for Excel. FIR automatically extracts data needed from the Elite server, formats the data according to specified search criteria, then generates a custom report based on the type of analysis to be performed. FIR reduces the creation of reports from two to three weeks to several minutes saving firms substantial time and money.
