The Technical Services Group has the experience and skills to help firms increase the value of their Elite Business Intelligence (BI) solution. The group provides the following BI services and builds a service package to meet a client’s unique needs. Services include:
- Strategy Meeting: A Technical Services consultant will lead a meeting to identify the firm’s reporting strategy. During this meeting, the firm will identify the types of reports the firm wants to distribute, the method of distribution and the security requirements for access and distribution.
- Report Development: The Technical Services Group has a team of Business Objects specialists that designs and develops reports based on the firm’s specifications.
- Warehouse and Universe Development: For organizations that want to capture additional reporting metrics not found in the standard product, we can design and implement new data warehouse strategies.
- Training: The Technical Services Group provides training to enable the firm’s staff to understand Elite Business Intelligence and its more advanced features, including writing reports using Business Objects.
- Report Distribution and Security: The Technical Services Group designs and implements a report distribution system that meets the firm’s needs. This distribution system may include specific security requirements to prevent unauthorized access to reports.
