Paperless Proforma Version 3.0 Saves Time, Reduces Human Error
Thomson Elite responds to client requests to enhance its electronic pre-bill software
LOS ANGELES, March 5, 2007 - Thomson Elite has added a host of features to Paperless Proforma 3.0, the newest version of the company's Web-based pre-bill software. The module helps organizations move towards the paperless office by enabling them to produce and route proformas on an electronic platform, and edit them online or offline prior to finalization. Enhancements in Paperless Proforma 3.0 decrease turnaround time between draft bill generation and final bill submission. Automatic field population reduces the time users need to spend re-keying information and reduces human error for data accuracy.

Version 3.0 introduces the option to create audit trails to track narrative and status changes made during the proforma edit process. As part of the audit trail, the user, date and time the changes were made are recorded.
Staff responsible for editing time entries for multiple timekeepers can use the Switch User feature, which allows users to log in once and access others' data without having to log out and launch the application again each time they switch users.
Timecard User Defined Field data, such as task and activity codes, can now be edited. In addition, Elite Enterprise customers can now automatically upload timecard User Defined Field changes from Paperless Proforma.
