Thomson Elite offers an extensive array of training offerings to help clients achieve the maximum benefit from their ProLaw solution.
Flexible Training Options
The ProLaw training curriculum has been designed to meet the varied educational needs of clients. Students can:
- Gain a high level understanding of ProLaw’s capabilities by participating in a personalized online demonstration.
- Attend a broad range of training courses online through ProLaw Online Education
- Register for instructor-led administrative training courses taught at Thomson Elite facilities
- Receive in-depth training onsite from Thomson Elite instructors
Online Training
Online training is available through ProLaw Online Education. These one hour or less courses are convenient and students can take a varied curriculum working at their own desk and at their own pace. These classes can also be taken at home, on the road, or at any convenient time for the student. We also offer Quick Picks, which are 5 minutes or less. Quick Picks offers targeted training topics information to help the student with answers to how-to questions.
The ProLaw Online Education Curriculum covers a variety of topics, from the most basic classes for beginners to more advanced topics for power users. From Welcome to ProLaw through Using ProLaw’s Settlement Features, with many stops in between, ProLaw Online Education is an efficient training option. Administrative Classroom Training
ProLaw training classes are held at Thomson Elite’s offices in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Back office and Front Office administrative classes are geared to ProLaw system administrators and project managers, and demonstrate all of ProLaw’s features, while also providing students with an opportunity to evaluate how ProLaw will fit into their business environment. Onsite Training
Thomson Elite provides ProLaw training at onsite client locations upon request. ProLaw instructors work with students to cover basic concepts and provide hands-on instruction that include how-to segments designed to demonstrate the use of ProLaw functionality to perform tasks within their own working environment.
