With experience in both legal and professional service industries, Elite’s consultants help clients maximize their investment in Elite. This diversified team of highly skilled consultants ensures that client needs are assessed, communicated and implemented accurately.
Elite Client Services provides a multitude of services, including knowledge building on Elite applications, advanced consulting, customized programming, template development, system reviews, and upgrade and technical assistance.
Knowledge Building and Specialized Training
These classes are an excellent resource for developing staff knowledge of the Elite system. Geared for any audience, these classes provide employees with the tools necessary for delivering timely and accurate information to management. Knowledge building and specialized training are offered through the following channels: customized on-site training, remote telephone training and affordable regional client classes. Please review the Training Class Descriptions for information on what each class entails. On-site training can incorporate various combinations of topics and classes. Elite can develop agendas that meet the needs of individual clients, or clients can enroll in regional client classes.
